Jalapeno Maple Syrup

Looking to try something new?  Why not give our Jalapeno Maple Syrup a try?
 
Just like maple syrup, you can use this in a glaze, drink cocktail, salad dressing, baked goods, the list goes on and on! 
 
We infuse jalapenos with our maple syrup prior to the final boil down to give it a bit of a kick.  The spiciness of the pepper is quickly cooled by the sweet and smokey maple flavor.  The finished product is a bit thinner than the parent maple syrup, and is a very complex mix of flavors with a pleasant, mild buzz.  A good way to add some heat to a variety of recipes!
