Hickory Maple Syrup

Just like maple syrup, you can use this in a glaze, drink cocktail, salad dressing, baked goods, the list goes on and on!
We gathered hickory bark, baked it in the oven, then added it to the maple sap as it was boiling down. The finished product is darker than the parent maple syrup, and is a very complex mix of flavors with a pleasant, low key after-aroma that lasted several minutes in the back of the palate. Though the sugar content is the same, it tastes a little less sweet.
You can choose from 8.5 oz tins or 3.2 oz glass bottles!
